Hotel Monaco, Portland. Love this place! Dog friendly. This is the lounge (love the colors) where they serve free drinks every evening (for guests only, sorry) while people visit, compare notes, or create art :). Our room was awesome. Dining room, living room, guest bathroom. I'm looking forward to going back (with our dog this time).
